I'm multifaceted and open-minded - to an extent! - and I love LORD JESUS and His Gospel ALL-Ways!!

I've volunteered my time for the needs of missing, abused and exploited children and families, nature and wildlife, Military families, the disabled, the poor "unfortunates", the addicted, the homeless souls and the elderly for more than half of my life.

I'm basically a humanitarian & drawn to serve in these ways (as the LORD's servant). I LOVE animals, domestic and wild {THEY KNOW IT!}, and have earned my "rehabber" certificate through a Virginia non-profit group which led me to act as a "911" dispatcher, rescue, care for and release injured wild animals (very rewarding!).

I've been a Radio News Correspondence Reporter and worked at my local TV Station (CBC / CBET-TV9) as intern for 3 terms.

I'm a former 90's GULF WAR "Spousal Unit" (AKA "Operation Desert Shield", then "Desert Storm"). I have an AFFINITY for our VETS and families, I LOVE YOU MY MILITARY BROTHERS and SISTERS!!

I'm a short-and-long-trip "travel bug", I love learning about different cultures, the sciences - i.e. SPACE Non-Fiction, nature, art, reading and writing almost anything (especially SCI-FI) and listening to almost all types of music, sports and outdoor activities. Simple TREASURES in life to me are long walks on the beach, just sitting on the shore and gazing at the irridescent colors and the horizon, hikes in the forest, watching and listening to wild birds singing their hearts away!! I'm passionate about history from all eras, namely in the areas of ancient civilizations, religions and science. I CRAVE intelligent discussions on these subjects and more.

Picture me on my own small forested MOUNTAINSIDE, full scapeview, dreamy-like balmy breezes swirling my hair about my face - writing my MEMOIRS!!

I want to help in changing our world (how cliche but real) to be a better place and I believe this commences within our hearts that we LOVE even our ENEMIES. God commanded us to do this!

St. Matthew 5:43-45 reads:

"Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbor and hate thine enemy.

But I say unto you, Love your enemies, Bless them that curse you, Do Good to them that hate you, and Pray for them that despitefully use you, and persecute you;

That ye may be the children of your Father which is in Heaven; for He maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth ruin on the just and on the unjust".

It isn't fair for us to judge anyone's choice in religions, that is what GOD and JESUS CHRIST do for us. We hold FREEDOM in our CHOICES of SERVING the LORD JESUS CHRIST.

Recently an elderly woman spoke of her late husband. She whispered to me, "He's in the Garden of PEACE now". This made my heart skip and I had to catch my breath! To remember her sweetheart in this way is a DREAM OF LOVE, isn't it?

I'm so very thankful for this Christian-based forum and to my special FRIEND IN CHRIST who invited me to join January 2007.

I PRAY that our LORD's SPIRIT STAY WITHIN OUR HEARTS in ALL-WAYS and FOREVER!!
