About Kristen G. Johnson
Hello Everyone! Thanks for visiting!
I write Christian historical fiction set anywhere from the 1920's to the 1950's.

Likes: Cooking, mountains, hiking, fishing, and music of all kinds.

Dislikes: Mushrooms, ferrets (can't get into those wiggly things), clowns, and horror movies/books.

Weird Fact: It takes me a bit to figure out which is my right/left hand. Tip: If you ever ride in the car with me, just point in the direction you want me to go. It will save us all time, and me, a load of embarrassment.

Family Status: Married to my David for 6 years, and we have one foster child, "Rebecca", and we have two cats: our one-eyed Jack, and cute little Susie Q.

I've been published in Characters Magazine, Keys for Kids, Secret Place, and have an article recently accepted by Clubhouse. I'm a member of the Oregon Christian Writers, American Christian Fiction Writers, and my wonderful critique group, the Redeemed Writers.

The Vacation   8/23/2010 - 11:02 AM
Last week Dave, "Rebecca", and I spent three glorious days at Mt. Rainier. We stayed at a hotel (no camping with a five month old), did some hiking, and ate a slice of huckleberry pie. (we shared. It was $7.50 a piece!) "Rebecca" did great. We d... (login or sign up to read more)
