Words of wisdom! I just want to take all your comments and make a book out of them! Thank you so much. I can sense that God wants to use me as He wishes to with all of us....but we have to reach for Him. He's right there! I KNOW there's more to life than pursuing selfish goals and living for the applause of the world. I KNOW we were meant for more! Christ wouldn't have died for something He didn't care for!

Yes, my parents are Christians. They raised me up in the faith since I was a child. No one's perfect, but they did try to keep me grounded with God at the center of life. I'm forever thankful for that.

Recently I've been battling with anxiety. I know it's Satan. I'm so concerned with the future, which is not something a 15 year old should be worrying about. I've been fretting about what God wants to do in my life as far as music is concerned....even school next year! Please pray for me, that I may have peace. God's in control! His plan is perfect and His ways are higher.

Wow!! Amen! I claim all of that in Jesus' name! That last part about friends really hit hard. That was definitely from God. Last year I befriended a girl that I later learned was an atheist. She introduced me to a few of her friends and they seemed nice enough. I suppose I entered the friendship thinking I could be a witness to them...but I soon found out that they were a bigger influence on me. I didn't go along with their activities which were definitely questionable...and I let them know that I thought it was irresponsible and stupid....but I always felt like the goody-goody two shoes Christian girl. I began to just shut up and turn the other way and only be my true self around my Christian friends. Now that it's summer I see what happened. I conformed to the ways of this world when I could've taken a better stand. Next year will be different. No more of this closet Christian stuff. I wanna be sold out just like you said. Thank you for that comment! I really needed to hear that. He deserves the glory for all I do. Without Him I'm nothing. Unfortunately my YouTube account only includes covers. Secular covers, to be exact. I haven't uploaded many vids lately because I'm struggling with the fact that I need to do what God wills and not what I simply wish to do for my own glory. Please pray for me in this struggle. I'm debating deleting my whole account on YouTube, but I haven't covered any songs I'm ashamed of.
