SPEAKING PRESENTATIONS
Rock-Solid Families: Transform an Ordinary Home into a Fortress of Faith
Since 1984, Janell has been raising her own family and working with countless families, championing the cause of family life in different capacities. Her new book is for parents, young and old, trying desperately to raise godly children in a confused culture, where spirituality is dressed in gray. Twelve Foundation Stones for building a strong family are discussed: Vision, Flexibility, Order, Organization, Devotion, Prayer, Marital Strength, Grace, Spiritual Success, Obedience, Love and Creativity. Perfect for small group discussion or Sunday School.
Free Fall: Take the Leap and Trust God
Free Fall concerns the ultimate spiritual test: trusting in God. Through her years of ministering to women, it seems one prevailing undercurrent continually weighs women down: they want control. Learning to "let go and let God" is a cliche phrase that simply isn't possible to do on one's own. Janell's heart is to equip women with power-packed scriptural evidence concerning trusting in God. Come learn the great joy of "freefalling" into God's faithfulness! Sessions: "I Will Be Sure Always!", The Reckless Leap to God's Side, Deploying the Parachute of Prayer, Wrinkles in the Fabric of Our Faith, The Danger Zone of Doubt, Tandem Trust, Is God Trustworthy? Unclenching the Tight Fist of Control, At the Height of Hope, Land Where Planned.
Be an Incredible Leader: Seven Super-Powered Secrets to Successful Leadership
Adorning her red cape, Janell offers "The 7 C's of Leadership" for becoming a strong spiritual leader: Connection to God, Competency, Casting the Vision, Caring Deeply, Communicating Effectively, Capacity for Personal Growth, and Confidence in God. Both inspiring and challenging! Be completely recharged!
Snow White's Amazing Little Secret: A Woman's Guide to Understanding Her Identity in Christ
After years of competitive dance and beauty pageants, Janell writes, "For most of my life, I stood in front of mirrors. That's what dancers do. I listened to other people dictate how I should walk, talk, sit, dance, stand up, dress, wear my hair, and live my life. Programmed by the opinion of others, I honestly didn't have a clue who I was - on the inside. Not until Jesus Christ came into my life and transformed it completely." This conference is candid, real and liberating; dealing with tough issues that confront most women: envy, jealousy, comparison, personal identity, contentment and freedom in Christ!
Picture This!
An avid reader and wordsmith, Janell loves children's literature-especially picture books. For over twenty years, she has used picture books to teach spiritual truths. Drawing favorites from her collection, Janell captivates audiences with her animated storytelling and insightful applications, reading from Max Lucado's The Oak Inside the Acorn (patience, passion & purpose); Jan Karon's The Trellis and the Seed (vision, encouragement & faith); Angela Ewell Hunt's The Sleeping Rose (pride, servanthood & humility); and Dianna Hutts Aston's A Seed is Sleepy (teaching based on 2 Corinthians 9:10.
