The 5000 Music Group is a new kind of music company that offers Christian musicians and fans a variety of resources. We are interested in producing and promoting music that is deeply rooted in Biblical truth.

A few revolutionary ideas we believe in are:

1. Directly presenting the teachings of Jesus Christ through music.
2. Embracing new technologies and revenue streams.
3. Fair profit sharing between the company and artists.
4. Sharing profits with other worthy causes.
5. Being inclusive and supportive of developing artists.
6. Being and promoting Christ-like role models.

The 5000 Music Group was founded by Chris McConnell who previously ran Band With A Mission and McConnell Entertainment.

Our name is derived from the story of Jesus feeding the multitude in Mark 6. From just five loaves of bread and two fish Jesus feeds more than five thousand people. We too have started with little and aim to feed many. Our logo shows a flame signifying a light in dark places.
