When Keith Green died in 1982, his widow Melody found comfort in John 12:24-- I tell you the truth, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds. When Rich Mullins left us in 1997, one of his best-selling projects was called A Liturgy, a Legacy, and a Ragamuffin Band. These two men who died much too young left an imprint on Contemporary Christian Music and on countless lives of people who listened to them.
