Our Team with rented equipment of Sound system, Generators and hired vehicles go to villages in Andhra Pradesh. Preach Gospel and see some people are saved and a church is planted over there. We send a Pastor and see that the Pastor is supported financially to look after the flock. Lord had burdened my heart with lot of works apart from church planting. REVIVAL PRAYER FELLOWSHIP MINISTRY INFORMATION: 1.INTRODUCTION: As joint promoters of the Gospel we together can win India for Christ and make a difference in this largest populated nation on the surface of earth. I believe that "WE ARE TRANSFORMED TO TRANSFORM". I am proclaiming good news to the poor and sharing His love to the needy since 30 years and for 22 years as full time servant of God. We started REVIVAL PRAYER FELLOWSHIP MINISTRIES in 1988. The motto & aim of R P F Ministries is to ''PREACH THE WORD - REACH THE WORLD TO WIN THE LOST AT ANY COST'' Our main area of operation is Andhra Pradesh state in India. We primarily involved in reaching the unreached. Also we are serving the poor, destitute, needy, down - trodden and weaker sections in the society. God enabled us to establish as many as 65 churches in slum, interior rural & tribal villages and also in some urban area's in spite of opposition, hardships, hurdles and financial attacks etc., 2.OUR MAIN ACTIVITIES: We have some main activities to reach our country, which are as follows. 1)Evangelism & Bible Training. 2)Church Planting & Pastoral care. 3)Widow & Child Welfare. 4)Gospel & Revival Meetings & Out reach. 5)HIV & Hepatitis'B awareness camps. 6)Free Medical camps & providing treatment. 7)Relief & Rehabilitation work. 8)Literature & Telugu monthly Christian magazine. 9)Audio - Video cassettes & CD's. 10)Dig bore wells & provide pure drinking water. We have a dedicated Team of Pastors (co - workers) and Evangelists to handle the harvest. All the above said activities are to win as many as we can in this 11th hour. We strive to obey and fulfill the "GREAT COMMISSION" of our Lord. 3.OUR MISSION FIELD: (I am furnishing information about India) As you are aware India is a pagan country bounded by 330 million pagan gods. India is the biggest democracy and second populous country in the world (110, 00, 00,000). Out of every six people in the world's population one is an Indian. Out of India's 7,00,000 villages till 4,00,000 Villages are yet to hear the Name of JESUS CHRIST. There are 17 major languages and 1464 dialects. After every 150 to 200 miles either the language or the dialect changes. India has diverse cultures, living habits and fluctuating climate conditions. 55 thousand births and around 31,000 deaths noted each day. 5,000 accept Jesus Christ. As many as 28 thousand die daily without hearing the name of JESUS CHRIST. At present AIDS & Hepatitis-B are the worst problems India is facing along with Hindu religious fanaticism and natural calamities such as Tsunami and cyclones. The future of India's youth is in these clutches. We praise God that the doors are still opened for the proclamation of the Good News. R P F Ministries is actively involved in reaching the unreached people groups. Now when we present Christ as the only hope, people are responding to Gospel than ever before. 4.OUR STATE ANDHRA PRADESH (A P): Andhra Pradesh is India's third largest state covering 2,75,000 Sq Kilo Meters With population a little over 10,00,00,000 who live in 28,000 villages. In more than 15,000 villages we don't find either a church or gospel preached. A P stands second in HIV cases in India. Poverty has led A P in to child labor, which caused Illiteracy. Interior / Tribal areas of A P: These areas are full of rugged hills, dense forests with full of wild life. People worship every form of creation. They are illiterate, rustic and crude. To approach them is like entering a lion's den risking lives. These villages are scattered, very far off and many are not connected by rail, road or boat. While road or boat can reach some distance the other can be covered by bicycles. But a large distance has to be reached on foot. Electricity is not provided there. One has to move in utter darkness with some type of lamps of kerosene or some oils. Venturing in to such villages is dangerous, as some times one has to encounter wild animals and poisonous snakes. No proper drinking water is available. Only impure water from the stagnant ponds is available. With this, there is danger of contracting Malaria, Dengue, Chicken guinea and other epidemics. We must climb steep slippery hills to reach villages, which is very dangerous. Under such precarious and dangerous conditions, we evangelize risking our lives for our Lord. 5.OUR PRESENT MAIN CONCENTRATION: 1.Reaching the most neglected tribes and castes (untouchables, as untouchablity is very common in India). 2.Giving clothes and food to the desperate ones. 3.Educating and awakening the people to know the truth. 4.Bringing light and life in to the lives of our nation. 5.Raising awareness regarding the epidemics and giving medicines. 6.Providing drinking water. 7.Changing the living conditions and the lives of our people. 8.Caring the orphans and making them future missionaries. 9.Sharing the good news to those who have not heard so far. 10.Training the native believers at gross root level to reach the natives with Good news. OUR REQUEST FOR YOUR KIND CONSIDERATION: We need your partnership too, to properly & continually do the ministry to glorify our Lord. We expect your co-operation in the form of....1.Prayer and support & Forming prayer cell groups in your town and church. 2.Introducing the ministry to your relatives, friends, churches and donor agencies if possible. 3.Either support a missionary (US $ 50 for a family a month) or sponsor a needy child (US $ 30 a month) or Help the poor aged and needy widow (US $ 20 a month). We will send you their detailed information and pictures of whom you are willing to support regularly so that you can pray for them. 4.You can give Bicycles, Hand phones, Drums and Gas lights for 45 pastors. 5.Send Books, Bibles (English & Telugu), Message CD's, used clothes and other food material (dried meat, milk powder, chocolates and other foods) for the needy, hungry destitute poor villagers and tribes. 6.Pens, pencils, Note Books and Crayons etc., for little children. 7.Other material in any form for neglected children. WHAT MADE US TO START DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES IN OUR MINISTRY? 1.AGAPE CHILDREN HOME, KARUNYA WIDOW HOME & HAKILA SEWING MACHINE TRAINING: On April 10, 1988 we have started our ministry in a newly built colony. One Hindu man Rama Chandra Rao with his family welcomed us gladly and accepted Jesus. Their relatives and family members left them when they accepted Jesus. Few people used to gather for worship along with that family. He was a daily worker in building construction work. On December 28, 1989 while working he met in an accident and died on spot. His wife and two little kids were in hopeless and helpless as nobody came forward to help them. So I decided to help and show the love of Jesus. First I took those two children and put them in school and sent the mother to a sewing machine training center. We looked after their education and life settlement, and also we bought two sewing machines for their maintenance. This incident gave us a big heart to help the poor KIDS, ORPHANS, and WIDOWS and also to start SEWING MACHINE TRAINING CENTER for widows. Later we used to help some kids of that kind in some homes and extend support to the care takers. But we found those families who must be care takers were not faithful but partial did not treat the kids as their own. So we decided to bring them to a place to look after and started AGAPE CHILDREN HOME & KARUNYA WIDOW HOME and HAKILA SEWING MACHINE TRAINING to feed the kids and help the women to earn money and learn the word of God. Our main focus is to lead people to Christ. These days we are looking forward to present a sewing machine to the poor widows who are learning stitching. We took into our Children's home some children that had lost their parents during the divesting floods, cyclones and AIDS. Since the start of the home many poor and destitute children have been helped both on short term and long-term bases. Only the needy and deserving cases are taken in... due to lack of room and facilities. The Home is run as an extended family. All the children are being brought up in the Christian atmosphere, with strong moral standards taught and maintained to give them bright future and make them ROYAL & LOYAL people of the Lord. 2.HELPING POOR PASTORS: Until 1998 July I was alone working as pastor. In 1998 July one pastor has invited me to preach in their meetings. During the meetings I found his little daughter was severely ill and all sorts of evil hindu god's ropes tied to her hands and legs. He was not in a position to take her to hospital due to lack of money. She was very ill. I first strictly told him to remove all such evil ropes, prayed for her and helped the pastor for the medicines. And I asked him to pray for my wife who was waiting for a Government job and told him that I will support if she gets job. Miraculously she got government job as teacher and I started to support him financially and encouraging him spiritually. From that time we used to meet one day a month for special prayer and to learn the word together. He brought one poor old servant of God for fellowship and also some of the believers from our church who received the call were sent to some villages for ministry and started to help them. Now we have as many as 65 Pastors with us who are seeking regular support and we are not able to support them. Please uphold these pastors. 3. TELUGU CHRISTIAN MAGAZINE: In 1988 September I was traveling from a far village on my bicycle in the mid night. I remembered the life history of David Brainerd which I read in a Christian magazine. I was very much encouraged as I was really tired and exhausted but this was like a boost to me. And I started to ask the Lord to show me His will to start the magazine. After few days while I was in prayer at 2 AM mid night I heard a still small voice "VISWASAME VIJAYAM" (Faith is victory). And also heard I John 5:4 and immediately I opened the Bible and found a word just like the voice. Then I spent that night in prayer and found that it is His will to start the magazine. Then we have only 51 Telugu Christian magazines but now we have as many as 10,000 magazines in Telugu. Please do pray for this magazine work. If the good Lord guides, you can support this literature ministry financially. 4.WHEELS FOR PASTORS: As a small boy in 1978 May I went to Jungle on bicycle along with some people to participate in the Gospel tour. The tribal villages are more than 125 Kilometers away from us. We used to stay in the jungle for one week and preach in the villages. Like wise I went to jungle villages for over 10 years regularly during summer holidays. So I know how hard it is to travel like that to carry the Gospel. In most of the tribal and remote villages people don't have means of travel. People simply depend on their foot to travel. Gospel workers, Evangelists and Pastors travel long distances on foot sometimes for several days to reach the villages. They become very exhausted and discouraged and the church is at risk of losing their motivation for long distance ministry work. There is a great need for reliable motorized transportation to and from these villages and to keep the project operational. Standard vehicles like trucks and cars cannot reach these remote areas. Bicycles & Motorcycles are the best means of land transportation in this area which cost less, maintenance is less expensive, and they can travel without roads in rough areas and go longer distances. The purchase of motorcycles will transport Gospel workers, Evangelists and pastors safely and reduce travel time. This will help them accomplish more for the people they serve. Many people die in these villages from serious medical problems because there is no way to get them to hospitals and clinics. Motorcycles will also provide a way to meet the transportation needs for the families and children in emergency situations. We need some Motorcycles, some Bicycles for our Pastors. So please up hold our pastors and be a part in this great cause. 5.REVIVAL SINGING TEAM: In 1992 annual meetings we brought a choir Team from one village and a singing team from a Town to sing and to play the instruments. During the meetings one day few Hindu people came and complainted that the young boys and girls were badly behaving. That night we found 2 girls from choir Team and 2 boys from the musical team were missing. We were in agony and we searched for them until 1 A M finally we found them in a sugar cane field. That night we started to pray and God helped us to start a wonderful singing team. We produced 10 Telugu devotional cassettes. Praise God. Now we are looking forward to start a Recording Studio and Video cameras to produce more audio & video albums. Uphold us in your Prayers and support this ministry. 6.BIBLES FOR THE POOR NEW BELIEVERS: As I was traveling in the villages I found people were not in a position to purchase a Bible. So I started to ask some Indian donors to purchase Telugu Bibles for these villagers. So far we distributed in many villages still need thousands to distribute in remote and jungle villages. There are many illiterates who need Talking Bibles or Audio Bibles. Please pray for this need and be a part in this ministry. 7.FEEDING & CLOTHING: Every year the R P F Ministries feeds thousands of needy poor people in the Tribal, remote villages and also drought & flood afflicted areas of A P state, which comprise some of the poorest regions of India. Yet, there are thousands of more children whom we are not able to help due to lack of financial resources. For as little as $30 a month you can help save these children. For every single dollar you give, two nourishing meals can be distributed to these needy people. All of our relief activities are carried out by volunteers and staff of R P F Ministries. As such, there are absolutely no expenses for us other than for feeding the poor; no salaries, no office rent, etc. This ensures that 100% of your donation is used to help needy children & people in India. Your assistance in these programs is humbly requested. You can help make a difference in the lives of countless people, who would otherwise be facing severe hardships and difficulty. Besides distribution of free food, the R P F Ministries is also involved in collecting and distributing clothes during times of distress like fire accidents, rains and other natural calamities. Just look around? Every day you see the poor and homeless with their tattered coats, dirty clothing, and worn out shoes. So in the winter we have a special distribution of winter blankets to help them keep warm at night. New or second hand clothing or shoes in good condition for boys and girls aged from infant to 21 years. B.Food: Rice, packet noodles, canned fruit, canned vegetables, canned soups, fresh fruit and vegetables, milk powder, evaporated milk, cereal, sugar, spices, flour, tea, coffee, cordial. For Infants Infant formula milk powder, baby powder, heat rash cream. C.Personal Hygiene: Personal Shampoo, soap, talcum powder, toothpaste, toothbrushes, nail brushes, hair brushes, hair clips for girls, irons (230V Australian okay). For health reasons please ensure toiletries, brushes etc are new not used. D.Sport: Sport Soccer balls, basketballs, volleyballs, volleyball net, baseball bats, table tennis bats, balls & nets, exercise mats, caps, sports clothing running shoes for boys and girls, skipping ropes, tennis racquets, tennis balls. E.School: School bags, exercise books, pencils, pens, Texta® type colours, coloured pencils, crayons, erasers, pencil sharpeners, rulers, paints and paint brushes, coloured paper for college, sticky tape, scissors, calculators, simple children's books in English. F.Toys: Home Jigsaw puzzles and games, soft toys, creative toys (lego etc), stickers, sewing kits, fun posters of pop-groups, cartoon characters etc. educational posters i.e. world map, places, people, human body chart. (Teaching and non teaching). a.A cook US $ 30 A month (just one Dollar a day). b.6 Teaching staff, 2 non-teaching staff. Each US $ 50 a month (for each just US $1.6 a day) (US $400). c.Food US $ 500 A month for total 10 students (just US $ 16 A day for 10 students food). d.Other things like medicines and others US $ 70 a month. So totally we need US $ 1000 a month. We have Indian supporters promised US $200 a month. Hence we desperately need US $ 800 a month. 4.We need teachers.
