OVERHEARD AT THE QCCWC: (or maybe not?)
Well, Brett is good, but it's such a common name. How about trying Rhett, Margaret?"
Well, Melville, "Big Willie" certainly conveys the idea of size, but how about using the deck hand's name "Moby Dick" for the whale and renaming your narrator "Ishmael"?
I'm not sure children will relate to your title. "The Scarlet Equestrian Cape" seems a little pretentious for kids. Maybe something simpler like "Little Red Riding Hood" would work.
"90 Minutes in Heaven"?I think it's been done.
"Tomorrow is Another Day" is just a bit to cliché-ish, Margaret. How about something with a little more punch, maybe a line from a old poem, say "Gone with the Wind."
"The Shack!"? How about dropping the exclamation point?
I think your DaVinci needs some decoding.
What we really need is a good Amish vampire romance/adventure novel set on a planet far, far away.
