About Faith Songs
Faith Songs is a collaborative project between Grace Bridges (Irish New Zealand science fiction author) and Ruth Wierer (German pianist, composer and skater). The project grew from the vision to create a soundtrack for Grace's upcoming book release titled "Faith Awakened", a virtual reality future fantasy set in Ireland, among other places. Grace and Ruth live in an old house near the Danube River in south Germany. They both enjoy skating and sharing meals with their cats.
Ruth wrote the piano music for "Day's Breaking" and also the words and music for "Give Me Faith". Grace tries very hard to play guitar, and wrote the rest of the lyrics. Maybe someday there'll be a movie of the novel - well, we got the music already, so the hardest part is done :)
