Eva, we've met literally thousands of artists in our 22+ years of ministry and worked with hundreds of them over the years. The majority were as talented as any you would meet in Nashville (and indeed, many DID make it to Nashville - including Natalie Grant, Scott Krippayne, Missi Hale - worship leader for Women of Faith, and many more!). Many touched our hearts and left a lasting impact after they were gone. Many started as youths with us, and we watched them grow up and do wonderful things for the Lord. We met you a few years ago at one of our annual Washington State Christian Talent Contests and you made a big impression on us then! We've taken a bit of break from the doing a lot of ministry events due to our day jobs, but now that we are ready to return to our roots (homeless shelters and missions) in addition to our schedule of high-profile events, we turned to Shoutlife (what an awesome site!!!!) to reach out to various artists, and we found your name.

For someone so young, you have done some really amazing gigs! We figured you would be pretty busy and truthfully, we didn't expect to hear from you. Imagine our surprise and delight when you enthusiastically responded! Your entire attitude is one of serving the Lord. While we do high-profile events, you were more interested in being a part of our newly started music ministry at the Tacoma Rescue Mission. You are so young, and yet so passionate to minister for the Lord. This touches our hearts and gives us hope. You, who have won all these awards and accolades (with many, many more to come in the future), are (rightfully) saying that you will go where God leads you, even though it is clear the Tacoma Rescue Mission cannot further your career.

Your family must be so very proud of you (they've done an outstanding job raising you!!!), and I can truly say that with your heart and passion to serve God "to the least of these" who cannot do anything for you (but yet we are commanded in the Bible to minister to) - that God must be very proud of His child. It is an honor and privilege to know you, and we are blessed to have you be a part of what Worthy Music Ministries is doing.
