"Echo After is more than music. It's more than a band. It's a mission. A mission to reflect, repeat, resonate, (ECHO) the love that Christ has shown the world. The band exists to help drive this mission through music, words, and relationships."
2007 has been a big year for Echo After. The four member modern alternative rock band from Grand Rapids, MI signed a major management contract in January and soon began work on their debut full-length album. The album, expected to release fall of 2007, was recorded in Dallas, TX and produced by Grammy award winning producer Eric Delegard (Bowling for Soup, Submersed, Drowning Pool) and mastered by Richard Dodd (David Crowder Band, Casting Crowns, Jars of Clay).
Since their stage debut in October, 2005, the popularity of Echo After (EA) has increased tremendously. The band has impressed audiences at night clubs, coffee shops, festivals, and churches across Michigan. Though clearly a rock band, EA presents an array of sound touching elements of modern, alternative, and pop rock. Because of this mature grasp of music the band appeals to many age groups from pre-teen to adults.
Echo After has opened for many national acts including Thousand Foot Krutch, Pillar, Need to Breathe, Kevin Max of DC Talk, Day of Fire (2x), Decyfer Down (2x), Everyday Sunday, Kids in the Way, The Showdown, and more.
