Donald Gandy is a singer/songwriter/ musician who loves to play his guitar and sing the Christian and CLEAN country songs that He writes. Donald began playing the guitar and singing at the age of 12. He has never had lessons and plays by ear. In 2008 His song "THERES ONLY ONE WAY" won song of the year at the "Alabama Music Hall Of Fame Talent Expo" and also landed him a publishing contract with the "Northwest Alabama Music Publishing Company" . In 2009 He won first place in the "Frostproof Florida Rotary Talent Showcase" for singing his song "FOREVER TOGETHER". In 2009 he went back to the Talent Expo in Alabama and won 1st place in the singing competition and two awards for song writing. Donald has been married for twenty years and has three kids. He also works full time as a golf course spray technition. He sings at his home Church "Christian Fellowship Assembly" in Frostproof Florida every week and also for local Churches when he can. His desire and goal is to please God and bless those who listen to his music. Donald is praying for a recording contract or for a major recording artist to record his songs.
