About Deborah Matthews
In 1998 I sold my first historical romance to Kensington. Four novels, one novella, and one National Readers' Choice Award later, I was double orphaned. A few years ago I felt the Lord leading me to write Christian romance. His time has yet to mesh with mine and a publishers, but I'm being patient.

The Regency era is my favorite time period. Colin Firth is my favorite Fitzwilliam Darcy.

I'm a member of American Christian Fiction Writers and several chapters of Romance Writers of America. I live in Alabama with my husband and two cats. I'm active in my church and our inmate ministry.

I Told You So   4/17/2009 - 9:51 PM
This week I received an I told you so from God. In Matthew 6 He tells us not to worry. God feeds and clothes the birds and flowers and He will certainly take care of us. Even though I truly believe that, it's difficult not to worry sometimes. I... (login or sign up to read more)
