General Interests
I enjoy hanging out with friends. I cherish every moment together with the love of my life. I enjoy going to Culture Shock Harvest. Supporting my husbands dream of playing in a Christian band. LOVE spending time with my family. Oh, and I love to cook!
Music
Even when I was young, I loved rock! The Christian bands back then just didn't do it for me. Todays Christian rock to me is far more superior to anything going on in the secular world. The harder the better and even the screamo style is rubbing off on me. I detest country music for the most part. There are a few songs that I like but for the most part they just promote broken lives, broken mariages and broken families. I listen to music to feel good, not to be depressed.
Books
The Bible, though not as much as I should. The most recent book that my husband and I read together was "The Bait of Satan". If you are dealing with hurt, bitterness, anger, or hate, this book is a must read!
Movies/TV
I don't go to movies much. Not that I have anything against them necessarily, but date nights are more about intimacy and conversation. You just can't do that staring at a screen in a movie theater. We rent movies from time to time. Favorite rental was The Notebook (minus the explicit scenes)we both had a good cry after that one.

Don't really watch much TV. Other than the news, I will catch CSI every now and then and we did watch all the episodes of Hell's Kitchen - I told you I love to cook!...

I am a happy, free-spirit. I worship God, love my husband, and adore my children. I am not perfect but I am honest and expect the same in return. I am a "what you see is what you get" kind of person.
