First and foremost I would like to give all glory to my Lord and Savior for redeeming me by his precious blood. I daily live to serve him and to be like him in all ways. I am an inspirational writer and put my pen to paper with the experiences that life has taught me and what I have gone through in my life. I write "Psalm" type writings, at least that is what I have been told by my close friends. I write for The Gladiator Magazine, the editor's name is Bernie and he also does Grace and Mercy Magazine he is in my top friends. I don't even remember how I found shoutlife.com but did so in 2007, this site has been a real blessing in my life and I have met some wonderful brothers and sisters on here.

To know the love of Christ which passes all knowledge is a major goal in my life. I want to be more like him in all areas of my life. To Him I ascribe all glory and praise for he has redeemed me from a life of literal hell and torment. I was "saved" at a very early age, age 10, but did not have a Godly example displayed in everyday life. Therefore I have drifted in and out of the faith for most of my life. I did not truly understand what it meant to be Christ like, until recently in my life.

I grew up with pornography readily available in my life all the time, this is something that I have struggled with my whole life. Until recently I was able to shake this addiction by the power of the Holy Ghost, it is a daily walk to stand against it but by the grace of God I am free from it. If you have trouble with this insidious sin, know that God too can deliver you. I am telling this so that perhaps it will help someone get free from this sin. I am not proud of it, but want others to know that he set me free.

I also struggled with drugs and alcohol most of my life, but have been set free from that also well by the mercy of God. I thank him that he has shown me that by walking in the spirit I have power over these things. Only through constant meditation in his word and prayer have I been able to maintain victory over these things. We must fight, it is a constant fight and we must never give in to the temptations when they come to devour us. Fight the good fight of faith as Paul said and remember to Never Give Up or Never Surrender, there is nothing for me to go back to.

As I have grown older, I would like to believe that wisdom has increased in my life. After my divorce in 1998 I went on a drug and alcohol binge that lasted for over ten years in my life. I was so angry and full of rage and could not understand why I had been dealt a "bad hand" in this life. I blamed God and shook my fists angrily in his face and turned my back on him and went my own way. Until two years ago, I woke up one day and realized, by looking at the condition of the world that the end of days was upon us. I decided to go back to the church that I had been going to for ten years, but had left in 1998.

They received me back with open arms and made me feel welcome again in the family of God. It is still a struggle in my life to do what God has called me to do, but I realize that he has bestowed upon me power to walk in the spirit and deny the lusts of the flesh. I have decided to truly follow Jesus and to surrender my whole life to him. I pray more, meditate more and try to walk in love as Christ has loved me. I am so grateful that he did not allow me to die in my sins and rebellion. I know that I know he is coming back for us soon.

Are you ready for his coming, the current economic crisis in this world is just the beginning, this will lead to a cashless society and the man of sin will step in and take control. I believe that Jesus is the only one that can save us and that we must be born again to enter into his glorious eternity that he has waiting for us. My desire is to be used of him to point people to him. I hope that my life reflects the true love of Christ.

Some things about me: I love the Indianapolis Colts, I am from Indiana but have lived in Ohio for twenty one years. I am married to a wonderful woman who is serving God with me, I have three great children, although they are not serving the Lord right now. My confession is that they will return to him. I have two wonderful grandchildren. I feel that God led me to start the groups that are here on shoutlife.com, they are Righteous Writers, which is a writing group, Friends of Israel which I post news about Israel and the middle east and Our Godly Heritage, which I hope to show people what the founding fathers intentions were when they founded this nation.
