I am a servant of almighty God, a wife of twenty-six years to my loving husband Ken, a wonderful Christian man; Mother of four beautiful children - Douglas 29 married to Jessica, Christina 25 married to Kevin Phillips, Tiffany 23 married to Jeff Fuller, and the youngest, Branden 22 (not even thinking about marriage); a Grandma to two fabulous grandchildren, Nathen 12 and Tahlya 9 3/4, and caretaker to many adorable Lhasa Apso's and a fat box turtle.

I have been writing since childhood but began to listen a bit more to my fan club, (family and most supportive husband) just in the past few years. I enjoy writing devotionals, inspirational articles, miscl. of interest and non-fiction pieces. My blog reflects how much I truly enjoy encouraging others and seeing their lives blessed and challenged. My hobbies and things I love include anything with my family, going to church, mentoring children and young adults, Bible studies, attending college as a Criminal Justice/ Psychology major, mentoring at risk youth, Bar-B-q's, board games, writing, photography (especially nature, family portraits and weddings), scrapbooking, reading, horseback riding & bowling. My favorite scriptures are John 3:16, Jeremiah 29:11-13, Philippians 4:4, I John 1:9, Philippians 4:13, Psalm 150:6, Romans 8:28 and all of Psalm 139.
