In 2001, she founded Voice of Hope Ministries; a Christian teaching and music ministry devoted to "Touching lives through Worship & the Word!" In 2002, Connie released her first CD with the vocal group Pearl. In 2004, she published her first book, "I Will Seek Your Face: 31 Days of Worship & Praise", and in 2006 "Seasons Change", Connie's first solo project was released.
