About Curtis Hyler & Jubilation
"We are on a "soul winning" mission. Our goal is to share Jesus with as many people as He allows us to, as quickly and effectively as we can. We have a burning desire to see souls saved into the kingdom of Heaven, and a love in our hearts for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is our passion to lift up the name of Jesus in song and to be used by Him as instruments of His wonderful grace. We have been so blessed by God and want to use the talents that He has given us, for His glory and honor."

Curtis Hyler & Jubilation was formed in 2002 and travels from Greenville, North Carolina, our home base of operations.

Curtis Hyler manages the group and sings the lead part. He has traveled with several Southern Gospel groups from eastern North Carolina, and broke onto the national scene in 1995 with the acclaimed quartet Heaven Bound. In 1998, Curtis' music ministry took on a new dimension, as under God's anointing, Curtis began songwriting. His first song, "Get Up, Get Ready," was recorded by Gold City, and was nominated by the SGMA for Song of the Year in 2001. The Gospel Voice magazine also nominated Curtis for Songwriter of the Year that same year. Since that time Curtis' songs have been recorded by some of Southern Gospel Music's best known groups: The Kingsmen, N'Harmony, The Toney Brothers, The Dixie Melody Boys, and The Integrity (Triumphant) Quartet to name a few. Curtis, his wife Beverly and daughter Rhonda reside in Greenville, North Carolina and are members of the Greenville Church of God.

Monette Meads sings the baritone part for the group with a special anointing. Prior to coming to minister with us, Monette spent about 2 ½ years singing lead for "New Journey" a local southern gospel group, and about 5 years as song leader and praise & worship leader at his home church. He has been married to his lovely wife, Lanette, for over 22 years. Monette has three boys, Justin, Chase, & Matthew. Monette enjoy's coaching his boys baseball teams. His home is in Elizabeth City, N.C. where he is a member and serves as a Deacon at Parksville Holiness Church.

After singing the baritone part with us for the last four years, Duke Sanders moves an enthusiastic stage presence, and outstanding vocal range and ability to the tenor part. A veteran of thirty-five plus years in the performing music industry, Duke has many other talents that he offers the group. One of which is his extensive experience with sound and technical equipment. Duke and his wife June have three daughters and four grandchildren. They call Zebulon, North Carolina home where they serve faithfully at Zebulon Baptist Church.

I have not written in quite a while. I just want to let you know that I have finally learned the song "In the Middle of a Miracle". I really love the words. I was up on your site and noticed that y'all have a very busy schedule. I pray that God is richly blessing you everywhere you go. I will be in concert this coming Saturday night at The Gospel Saloon and am so very excited. I am also singing 4 songs at The Baptist Tabernacle at the gospel singing they will be having this coming Sunday night. I am praying that God will soon move me to different areas to sing at. I know HE can and will, but I will have to wait for HIM in HIS time. Duke, please tell everyone in your group I said hello and I look forward to one day hearing you all again. God Bless!
