Hi there, and welcome! Fans of my music know who I am, but if you are new to my blog, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Caleb Hogan, and I am a contemporary solo pianist from Ardmore, OK. I am a recording artist, performer, and composer whose main goal and mission with my music is to uplift, encourage and inspire all those who listen.
In March 2005, I released my debut solo piano album, entitled "Reflections" at the age of 19. I composed, performed and produced every song on that album, and since then it has gone on to become one of only six CDs sold in the "Audio Ambience" 2007 program for the Hobby Lobby chain of stores. My second CD, "Higher Ground", once again features all original compositions, and is due out this summer. (No audio samples available yet, but I will tell you this - expect BIG things from this new album!) I am very pleased to announce that world-renowned electric violinist Tracy Silverman will be contributing his incredible talent to the CD by adding a violin track to one of my new songs. To those already familiar with me and my music, my faithful fans - thank you for visiting me here at shoutlife.com. It is my intention to stay very much in contact with you all, because I know that without your support, I could not continue to create new and wonerful experiences for you. As such, I will begin a new weekly blog to keep everyone informed on what I'm up to and where this music is taking me. This journey is one we'll take together, and I thank each and every one of you for coming along for the ride!
