I picked up my first guitar at 13 and not saved yet. Little did I know at the time, that God was helping me come out of my shell in a way that I never could have ever imagined. I grew up in a broken life with no real direction. Then music appeared!! I look back now and realize that God had a plan. He sent people into my life who had wisdom. He sent people who taught me song writing skills and structure. Then He opened my eyes to Jesus! I found the way, truth and Life. The song writing -36 years now-took on a real meaning and purpose. These songs have become my Sermons In Song. They are meant to inspire & point to Jesus, the author and finisher of everything.
