PLEASE READ THIS!
I'm getting a little frustrated,and I MUST BE 100% HONEST and up-front, here!!
You see, I am trying to treat this like we would treat face-to-face meetings; so here are my five basic requests...
First:PLEASE understand that I am NOT INTERESTED in receiving ADVERTISEMENTS disguised as "Friend Requests", yet it's still happening! Unbelievable!!! That is NOT why I am on ShoutLife. If all you are doing is sending out a "sales pitch" , or a "mass-request" to many people, PLEASE understand that I will automatically reject it. Why? Because it means you couldn't even be BOTHERED to read ANYTHING I wrote here in this "About me" section! <:((The EXCEPTION is for music artists, whose style is Inspirational/Light Contemporary, that wish to have me review their music, or who are genuinely interested in friendship. Then, requests 2-5 apply, below.)

Second: If you have a PRIVATE profile, PLEASE don't send me a "friend request", send me ShoutMail, instead, and TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF! If I cannot read your profile, I AM NOT COMFORTABLE with accepting your "friend request". Think about it from the recipient's perspective. :)

Third: I am simply NOT interested in metal, rock, or rap music. They are NOT my preference. Please don't send me repeated friend requests for it. (Yes, it still happens. Sigh.)

Fourth: If your profile has very little information, I am much less likely to accept. Send me ShoutMail, in that case. Even just a short paragraph, describing something we have in common, will be sufficient! :)

AND FIFTH: WHY do you want to be MY friend? :) Seriously! This is an honest, sincere question! Besides, if you READ THIS WHOLE PAGE, you MIGHT even change your mind and NOT want to be my friend after all, BUT THAT IS FINE!!!! ;) No, really! It's fine! :) We're all different! GOD made us this way! :)

OK, so... WHY do you want to be my friend?? REALLY? :) Tell me in Shoutmail, and the likelihood that I will click "accept" goes WAY UP!! :) (Just ask those who have done it!) Thanks, everyone! :)

My former ministry (which after more than 2 years, I still miss so much it ACHES) was to use music to draw people closer to Jesus. Nothing in this life thrills my heart more than being an instrument in HIS hand to draw people (especially the sheep) CLOSER to the Shepherd! \o/ That's going to be the primary goal of WPHA. :) Remember: The Choir needs to be ministered to, first, before they can minister! :)

MAJOR LIFE NEWS:(Page UPDATED 1/1/2010)

I was running an online streaming station in the SL Main Chat for a few months, from about March-July of 2009. I ended up shutting it down for several reasons, one of which was that the chatroom simply was not the right place for it. I am looking forward to the Lord opening another door. (POSSIBLY with LIVE365.COM) Please keep it in your prayers! :)

I had some minor surgery on 8/7/09, and am now totally recovered. :) Also, my employer is facing some significant financial struggles. (Which are continuing thru 12/09) :(

On June 9'th, I attended another Christian Businessmen's Networking meeting. That time, I handed out at least twenty WPHA Business Plans! At least 10 people were interested, and 1 was VERY interested! PLEASE, LORD, let THIS be the DOOR!! \o/PLEASE KEEP PRAYING!!! \o/ Update: 10/09 - Now I'm trying to get responses from those same people. Where did their interest go? :( SIGHHHhhhh

(5/7/08) I read something that I believe is LIFE-CHANGING for anyone who is involved in ANY way with Christian music. It is not a quick read, but it is not hard, either. It's VERY well worth taking the half hour to read it. Really. :)Special article about Christian Music
