Reaching For Mercy is a family, a band, a ministry. We are currently in the studio working on 2 releases. The first is our sophomore offering, which is yet to be named. We are really excited about it and are really finding our voice and a unified sound, working in our separate influences and styles. Our sound is still fairly ecclectic, but this album is shaping up to be harder and louder than the last. Look for it hopefully by late summer or early fall.

The second disk we are working on is a collection of worship music done our way. Some originals hopfully but mostly our favorites of what is out there. Anyone who has blessed us with their presance at a show knows we love to kick up the worship whenever we can.

We are called to be a light in the darkness; a beacon of hope for a generation that has forgotten how to hope. Jesus Christ provides that hope, and Reaching For Mercy is committed to sharing that message through powerful rock music and witnessing.

Matthew 9:13 "But go and learn what this means; 'I desire mercy not sacrifice.' For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners." .

We just want to say that there is nothing in this world more important than a personal relationship with Jesus. It is such a daily struggle to walk the path and we want others to be encouraged and to know that they are not alone.
