Lisa Bevill is one of those artists whose recognition and acclaim have yet to match the scope of her considerable talent. She's a passionate, gutsy vocalist - possessing one of those female voices with a meaty resonance that infuses a lyric with authority.

Lisa has been in the music business both secular and christian, professionally since the age of 16 and has remained in the business for close to 30 years and still going strong.

She now adds to her resume that of being a songwriter and producer, penning his first #1 AC single "Turn and Love" on the Love of Heaven album. And then again as her self-titled LisaBevill-LisaBevill album with her #3 Inspo hit, "How Strong He Is". Executive producing her indie project and the most current album in progress due in 2007, "When The Healing Comes".

Lisa has recorded three successful albums for Sparrow/EMI and one for Ministry Music. She has had 14 Hit singles in the top 5 of AC, CHR, INSPO Christian music charts, with 7 of those songs charting at #1.

The #1 songs from Lisa's career include, "My Freedom", "Place In The Sun", "No Condemnation", "Turn and Love", "Tender Reed, "Only A Savior", "If We're His". "If We're His" was voted the #1 Inspirational Song of The Year in 1997 by CCM chart.

Lisa Bevill was the first female artist spokesperson for True Love Waits, the highly publicized national campaign encouraging youth to commit to remaining abstinent until marriage. Lisa's "Chaperone" was selected for inclusion on the True Love Waits recording, also featuring Michael W. Smith, DC Talk and Petra among others.
