WHAT DO WE DO FOR YOU?
We provide small business owners with a way to relieve the stress of running their business while helping them achieve increased revenue and profits, as well as renewing their original vision and energy. Being a small business owner in the U.S. today is one of the toughest and loneliest jobs and we are there to be your silent partner and provide the guidance, discipline and advice to help you succeed. Not even Warren Buffett knows everything about his business, which is why he relies on his trusted advisors.
HOW DO WE HELP YOU?
We help you achieve your goals and/or solve your problems by combining the over fifteen (15) years of CEO/CFO/COO experience in companies ranging in size from $1M to $100M in revenues and 3 employees to 2,500 employees of our Senior Partner with an extensive network of over 4,000 highly seasoned senior level executives from around the world. This network of executives (available to us through our Senior Partner's accreditation with the Institute for Independent Business, http://www.iib.org.ws) has a vast array of experience in every industry or job function imaginable. Therefore, this combination of talents allows JAZ Advisory Services to help any business, in any industry, solve any problem, and achieve all their goals no matter if their issues are local, nationwide or international. Plus, we are able to provide this Fortune 500 level advice and counsel at a price that a small business can afford.
FREE SERVICE!
In order for our Senior Partner, Joe Zalewski, to remain accredited with the Institute for Independent Business ("IIB") and thus have access to the network of over 4,000 senior level associates in the IIB, he needs to meet at least monthly with one business owner or primary Executive decision maker on a Pro Bono (Free Consultation) basis to discuss (in a totally confidential and unbiased way) any issues, concerns, problems or goals regarding their business. This is a great opportunity for you to get some fresh ideas from a seasoned executive on whatever concerns you may have, for example, improving cash flow, generating more sales, or simply freeing up time to do the things you know need doing, but keep getting pushed to the back burner.
Because these FREE meetings are like a "mini" operational audit of your organization they usually take at least two hours to complete. The concept of the meeting is comparable to having an oil change or maintenance review of your business engine. Our job is to review all of your business metrics (Revenue, Profits, Cash Flow, Overhead, Marketing/Advertising, Sales Initiatives, Operational Activity/Roles/Functions, etc.) and give guidance, advice or suggestions for issues that may deter your organization from performing at the rate that you want it to or that its competitors are.
Your company may be running fine and there may not be any help or suggestions that we can provide, but until we meet we won't know. In the meantime, if your company does have underlying issues that may not be apparent and if you don't have this FREE review it may be too late when you do discover the problem(s). A simple question to ask yourself is "what is the harm in having someone new look under the hood of my company's operations", especially when it doesn't cost you anything. I don't think your mechanic will offer you this service or any other professional for that matter!"
If interested in a FREE mini review of all of your operational and financial activities then please contact us at info@jazadvisory.com
Again, please allow at least two hours for this meeting (therefore we usually try to schedule them around 9:00 - 10:00 AM or somewhere early afternoon) and also please adjust your schedule so that there aren't any interruptions. Finally, if we show up at your office for this complimentary review and you are unable to meet with us for any reason and if you want to reschedule, then we can, but at a rate of $175/hour. We value your time and we expect the same courtesy in return.
