About Doubledge
Doubledge is a Hard Rock band from the NYC area comprised of a group of men that not only share a relentless passion for music but also a strong desire to reach millions. Their lyrics and music are infused with an inspirational message of hope that touches and changes the lives of everyone who has the opportunity to hear them. With undeniable talent and musical roots stemming from various genres; Doubledge's sound is unlike any other.

After almost a year in the studio Doubledge has completed their much anticipated and awaited first album entitled "Breakthrough". "Breakthrough" will feature some of Doubledge's most popular songs including "Hunger", "Breakthrough", "Who We Are" and a special acoustic version of "In Your Eyes".

Original members of Doubledge include Efrain Goyco (Lead Vocals) and Jason Cruz (Guitar) who created Doubledge in 2001. While Efrain's experience is predominantly in R&B and Contemporary music Jason, on the other hand, was more classically trained in various types of music and instruments. Manny Ferrer (Keys/Background Vocals) has been an integral member of the band since 2005 and has eagerly infused his roots as a hip-hop artist into Doubledge's music. Newest member, Larry Abreu (Drums) has been training to be a drummer since childhood. Although his training has been conducted in various styles of music his ultimate desire was to play rock.

Each member of Doubledge began their career in church and since then have all grown to become talented musicians that individually add a unique and distinctive flavor to their collective sound. Whether its Efrain's commanding vocals, Jason's intense creativity on the guitar, Manny's originality on the keys or Larry's drumming skills; Doubledge's sound is one not easily forgotten.

Recently Doubledge has been fortunate enough to play venues such as the Laugh Factory and world renowned Hard Rock Café. Although Doubledge has primarily toured throughout the North Eastern region of the U.S. they have performed in Florida and Texas in the past few months and look forward to visiting other venues across the United States and beyond. By allowing themselves to be moved by their passion and faith Doubledge, whether through their music or interactions, produce a commanding and memorable impression on everyone they meet.
