The Biblical Coaching Academy" is comprised of people who have a passion for seeing people live the extraordinary lives God created us to live. We are Christians who believe that God has given us His Word as the source for solutions and guidance in every area of our lives. We are people who hope to see Biblical Coaching" create a new movement among God's people that will compel all of us to begin to take massive action in our lives that will impact the world for God's purposes.

What we believe

We believe in the trinity as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We believe the Bible is inerrant in its original manuscripts and is the rule for all faith and practice. We believe God sent Jesus Christ to redeem those who would believe in Him. We believe God has called those who are redeemed to live life to the full. We believe we exist to live in an intimate relationship with God and for His glory in every area of our lives.

Our core values

1. Biblical  the Bible is our standard for all of our coaching methods and practices
2. Pragmatic  we seek to meet the real needs of potential Biblical coaches. Our programs and materials do not need to be perfect, but they must be useful
3. Personal  our courses are built on the one-on-one method so that each potential coach gets exactly what he/she needs to become a successful Biblical coach
4. Innovative  we are continually creating new ways to help serve the profession of Biblical coaching
5. Collaborative  we are building a team of Biblical coaches that continue to help us re-design and re-tool to meet the needs of Biblical coaches

Our business philosophy

We want to see thousands of effective Biblical Coaches trained all around the world. Therefore:

1. We keep our training costs low even though it cost us more to train each student because of our one-on-one approach.
2. We use the one-on-one approach because we believe it is most effective
3. We train Master Certified Biblical Coaches" to train new coaches. We give them the freedom to pursue and reach new markets on their own. We believe this method will help us grow the number of Certified Biblical Coaches" exponentially.
