We do not sound like any other group. We just try to be our selves, Who God has called us to be. And pray that God will anoint us to walk in his grace and do his will.

About ABIDING IN THE VINE MINISTRIES

Abiding In The Vine, was established in 2005. We are a Country Gospel, Fifties Gospel, with a touch of Contemporary and Bluegrass Gospel singing group. We sing songs such as: "Can't Even Walk" "Beulah land" "God On the Mountain" "Jesus You're So Wonderful" and "Amazing Grace".
We provide Christian Music and uplifting Testimonies in our Singing concerts. We go to: Churches, Benefits, Homecomings, Festivals, Town Halls, Parks and Various places. We do not charge for these services, but will accept love offerings.
We want to build and encourage the body of Christ, as well as lead folks to salvation, at the cross.

Today, I sought a word from God to share with my SL family and friends, and came across this fabulous version of a timely word from Romans 8:34-39...I pray this blesses and encourages you as much as it did for me!

With God on our side like this, how can we lose? If God didn't hesitate to put everything on the line for us, embracing our condition and exposing himself to the worst by sending his own Son, is there anything else he wouldn't gladly and freely do for us? And who would dare tangle with God by messing with one of God's chosen? Who would dare even to point a finger? The One who died for us?who was raised to life for us!?is in the presence of God at this very moment sticking up for us. Do you think anyone is going to be able to drive a wedge between us and Christ's love for us? There is no way! Not trouble, not hard times, not hatred, not hunger, not homelessness, not bullying threats, not backstabbing, not even the worst sins listed in Scripture:
They kill us in cold blood because they hate you.
We're sitting ducks; they pick us off one by one.
None of this fazes us because Jesus loves us. I'm absolutely convinced that nothing?nothing living or dead, angelic or demonic, today or tomorrow, high or low, thinkable or unthinkable?absolutely nothing can get between us and God's love because of the way that Jesus our Master has embraced us.

WHAT EASTER MEANS TO MEAN ME!!!
Ephesians 1:4-10 - The Message (MSG)
Long before he laid down earth's foundations, he had us in mind, had settled on us as the focus of his love, to be made whole and holy by his love. Long, long ago he decided to adopt us into his family through Jesus Christ. (What pleasure he took in planning this!) He wanted us to enter into the celebration of his lavish gift-giving by the hand of his beloved Son.
Because of the sacrifice of the Messiah, his blood poured out on the altar of the Cross, we're a free people?free of penalties and punishments chalked up by all our misdeeds. And not just barely free, either. Abundantly free! He thought of everything, provided for everything we could possibly need, letting us in on the plans he took such delight in making. He set it all out before us in Christ, a long-range plan in which everything would be brought together and summed up in him, everything in deepest heaven, everything on planet earth.
WHEN HE RETURNS, like the verse above says, "He thought of everything, provided for everything we could possibly need," WE WILL ALL FLY UNITED, ONE IN THE KING, there's no need to pack, He has everything!
