General Interests
I love spending time with my family, my Church family, and almost all types of Sports.
Music
I love Southern Gospel music and I enjoy some contemp Gospel too. I like Blue Grass Gospel and the old stuff too. I sang in a Southern Gospel Quartet for over 5 years (The Squires) and the Lord still allows me to sing occasionally around our area or in Revivals.
Books
The KJV Bible, and just about any other Bible based book.
Movies/TV
I am a Movie buff, and I thank God for the TV guardian that has made it alright for me to watch most closed captioned movies now. It takes away about 98% of te profanity out of the movies, Praise the Lord for that.

I am the full time Pastor of the Socastee Original Freewill Baptist Church in Myrtle Beach SC. I am also a very happily married man, I married my teenage sweetheart, Diana (was) McCracken. I am the proud father of two awesome children, Darren Jr. and Danielle. I also am happy to say that the Lord allows me to travel some to preach Revivals in several states here in America and I have also preached in several other countries also.
